How do I add a proctor with clever?

User has logged in through Clever and on their dashboard, which should look similar to:
Click on the add Proctor button. A similar screen as below will be displayed:
Click the checkbox beside the user you want to add (see arrow 1 above). Click Add Selected (see arrow 2 above). Now the proctor has been added to the school.
