What do the titles mean?

The ASE Student Certification Program does not allow a Proctor to occupy any other position. No other position can assist a Proctor and Proctors cannot assist any other position.

| School Administrator | assign roles, assist instructors, purchase credits, run school level reports, print certificates |
| Instructor | purchase credits, manage student lists, create rosters, assign tests, run roster and student reports, print certificates, view scores |
| Proctor | manage testing |
| Supervisor | assign roles, assist instructors, purchase credits, run school level reports, print certificates |
| Student | take tests, view scores, print certificates |
