ASE - Extended Time Accommodations

All ASE Entry Level Tests are automatically designed to run up to double time, there isn’t anything you will need to do on your end to active this.

For any single subject area tests such as Brakes, Heating and Air Conditioning etc., we recommend students normally be given 60 minutes to complete these tests, however the tests will automatically run up to 120 minutes.

For the comprehensive tests: Maintenance and Light Repair, Automobile Service Technology, Inspection Maintenance and Minor Repair; we recommend students normally be given 90 minutes to complete these tests, however the tests will automatically run up to 190 minutes.

We do not require any documentation be submitted to us directly, the requirement is that those testing accommodations should be listed on the student’s IEP’s with the school’s records.
