ASE Credits
How credits work

In the ASE Program credits are good for the academic year in which they are purchased. Academic years typically run from fall to Spring, usually ending in June.
Once a credit is purchased it can be assigned to a student on a roster. The roster the student is on determines which series the credit is applied to.
If the student is added to a roster that is for the Automobile series, the student will be able to take every test in the Automobile series using that 1 credit. Students are entitled to 2 takes of the test but must wait 30 days between tests. A 3rd credit can be purchased, but will only give you 1 chance at the test. A student is not allowed to take the test more than three times in an academic year. Every attempt after the first has to be reassigned by the instructor.

At the top of your dashboard, there is a breakdown of your credits. Here's what they mean:
Available Credits: The number of credits remaining for use. Total Credits Purchased − Reserved − Voided = Available Credits
Credits Reserved: The system reserves one credit for that student for the test series. Credits are issued at one credit per student per series.
Credits Burned: Credits that have been used once a student launches a test. Burned credits are locked to that student and cannot be transferred or reused.
Credits Voided: Credits that have been refunded. When voided, the credit is marked unusable and cannot be assigned to any student.
Total Purchased: The total credits purchased.
