INSTRUCTOR PASSWORD RESET:

If a student needs a password reset, the instructor can locate the student on the roster and click the “...” button, then click "Reset PW". This will confirm the password reset and generate a temporary password. The instructor will provide this temporary password to the student, who must enter it exactly as given in the password field when logging in. The student will then be prompted to create a new password and will be directed to their dashboard.

When the student logs in with the temporary password, they will be prompted to create a new password and then directed to their dashboard.

PROCTOR PASSWORD RESET
If a proctor needs to reset a student’s password, they can click on the student’s name from the Proctor Dashboard and select “Reset Password.” This will generate a temporary password. The proctor should provide this password to the student, who must enter it exactly as given in the password field when logging in. The student will then be prompted to create a new password and will be directed to their dashboard.

When the student logs in with the temporary password, they will be prompted to create a new password and then directed to their dashboard.
