Add School User - Proctor, Instructor, or Supervisor

To add a school user, select the add button under the role you wish to create a user for:

You will then get the add user screen:

To add a new user, click on the "Create New User "radio button and fill out the required fields marked with an asterisk *. Once all the fields are complete, click the "Create User" button. 


To add an existing user, use the top search box and enter the user's email address next to "User Name" and click the "Find User" button. If the user already has an account they will show up and click the "Select this User" button.


****Please Note****

New users will be sent several informational emails about how to log in and how to use the system


Additionally, please be aware that for the ASE Entry-Level Program staff cannot be both a proctor and instructor at the same school.
